The 3 Types of CBD

Confused about CBD? Which one is right for YOU?

I don’t know about you but until I started researching what CBD is, I was a bit confused about the different types of CBD products out in the market. There are SO many!

It is so important to educate yourself on all the products you are using. The same way you have to know where your food is coming from, if it’s organic or not, if your animal protein is grass fed, free of antibiotics, hormones and toxins, if your choice of seafood is low in mercury, CBD is NOT any different. Remember CBD is a natural plant, so you would want to know how it is grown.

When your health is involved, you have to make sure that you do your research and use food and products that are clear of toxins - chemicals - pesticides!

I believe in the healing benefits of CBD so I integrate it into my lifestyle as much as I can. Food is one of them. I cook my meals with CBD so I have to make sure I use THE best quality, the cleanest CBD out there. I respect my body therefore I would never disrespect it by ingesting poison.

So if you are already using CBD, check your CBD products and see which grade of CBD is being used.

Here is a quick explanation of the 3 types of CBD products on the market:

1. Full Spectrum CBD Products

🌱 Contains the complete cannabinoids found in the hemp plant
🌱 The most robust form of cannabis from “hemp”
🌱 Barely has any THC that you won’t feel “high” at all - 0% - 0.3% of THC
🌱 It helps activate the endocannabinoid system and cb1 receptor that reduce pain in our bodies

2. Broad Spectrum CBD Products

🌱 Contains only parts of the cannabinoids found in the hemp plant
🌱 Used in many products across the USA
🌱 THC is non-existent so many people who fear being drug tested use this spectrum

3. Isolate CBD Products

🌱 Pure CBD
🌱 All cannabinoids have been removed
🌱 The cheapest grade of CBD
🌱 Most processed form of CBD

So dear friends, I encourage you to verify for: potency/pureness for efficacy and cleanliness so you are not putting toxins in your body.

Say YES to plant as medicine - the original medicine!
