Using CBD in food

Welcome to the fast changing wellness fads of: avocado toast, ghee butter, bulletproof coffee, charcoal toothpaste, and of course, CBD!

With all the noise around Cannabidiol (CBD), whether you are an advocate or a skeptic, I am here to give you as much information about all the things I found to heal myself from stage IV metastatic “incurable” lung cancer. I am here alive, well, and thriving, because I used CBD as part of my treatment protocol. I healed my mind and body, using as many natural therapies that were available to me. CBD is a natural plant with healing benefits — and no, you can’t get high from CBD.

Before I was diagnosed with cancer, I never used CBD. As soon as I learned that it helped with cancer, I started consuming it. Everything I learned about the plant convinced me to use it in as many areas in my life as possible. So as a chef, I decided to cook with it.

CBD is most effective in recipes when it’s with fat or oil based ingredients, like ghee, MCT oil and coconut oil.

There are so many studies that show that CBD is good for your health. So if you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you may want to open yourself up to using this natural plant:

Do you have any of these issues?

🌱 Depression
🌱 Insomnia
🌱 Chronic stress

🌱 Chronic Pain
🌱 Epilepsy

🌱 Nausea (if you are treatment includes chemo/radiation)

When you decide you want to stay alive, especially after 5 doctors give you a 6 month prognosis, you will do everything to heal!
